If, for any of these reasons, the M4 toll cannot be charged to your account, you will need to rectify the account issue with your electronic tag issuer. To have the unpaid toll and any applicable administration fees charged to your account, you will then need to access the Unpaid travel on M4 registration form to advise SWR of the electronic tag details to be used for payment. Alternatively, call the M4 on 1300 880 099. If the tag does not emit any sound when passing through the toll plaza, it may be faulty. You should immediately contact your tag issuer and use the above link to allocate the trip to your tag account. |
