CUSTOMER SERVICE > RECEIVED A NOTICE FOR NON PAYMENT OF TOLL?
If you have received a Toll Notice, it means your vehicle has been detected travelling on the M4 Motorway without paying the toll. You may pay the toll by one of the following options: To pay in cash: Send a cheque or money order payable to Statewide Roads within 14 days of receiving the notice. The total amount payable is the toll plus an administration fee.
Post your payment and a copy of the notice to: Statewide Roads To pay with your electronic tag: Record your tag and account numbers in the space provided on the notice. Post or fax the completed notice to Statewide Roads so that your account can be charged with the trip. If your account had insufficient funds at the time of the trip, an administration fee may apply. Don't ignore your obligation to pay: Failure to pay the total amount due can result in the issue of a Penalty Notice from the NSW Infringement Processing Bureau with a fine exceeding $130 for each offence or prosecution. |
